China International Furniture Fair | Guangzhou, China | March 18–21, 2025
At this year’s China International Furniture Fair in Guangzhou, Axroma, the industry leader in Outdoor Performance Fabric, showcased its forward-thinking vision and continuous drive for innovation. The brand captivated visitors not only with its hallmark Mackintosh Solution-Dyed Olefin technology but also with a series of groundbreaking introductions that pushed the boundaries of outdoor textile performance and aesthetics.

A New Chapter in Mackintosh Innovation
For the first time ever, Axroma unveiled a booklet-quality outdoor fabric using Mackintosh Solution-Dyed Olefin. This new Bouclé Collection, composed of five elegant colors, features novelty yarn and is designed for seamless use in both indoor and outdoor settings. With a tactile, elevated texture and a color palette that exudes warmth and tranquility, the Bouclé fabric created a serene, inviting ambiance that drew considerable attention from designers and buyers alike.

Rocky Mountain Collection: Reinvented
Another highlight was the upgraded Rocky Mountain Collection, now featuring Soft Hand Yarn for enhanced comfort, expanded color offerings, and a finishing process based on non-PFAS technology. The improved collection responds directly to rising industry demands for sustainability, safety, and sophistication in performance fabrics—once again confirming Axroma’s position at the forefront of outdoor textile innovation.

Bold Basket and Iconic Jacquard: Power and Versatility
Axroma also previewed its upcoming Bold Basket collection, a statement fabric designed with a commanding texture and superior abrasion resistance, ideal for heavy-use outdoor upholstery applications. Meanwhile, the brand’s iconic Jacquard series returned with a broader color range and diverse new patterns, allowing designers greater creative freedom to meet evolving consumer preferences.

Sustainability in Focus: Axroma Oceana Material
Demonstrating its commitment to environmental responsibility, Axroma introduced its Oceana Material Project—a first for the brand. Using yarn made from recycled fishnets, Axroma developed a weaving band showcased on the Taire Outdoor Solar Light project. The yarn is sourced through a dedicated recycling network in partnership with local fishing communities, offering a compelling vision of sustainability woven directly into Axroma’s design and production practices.
